Margaret Launonen brings seven years of hands-on experience in childcare, having served as a lead teacher for children of all ages, from infants to preschoolers. Her passion for working with young children is evident in her dedication to their growth and learning. Margaret is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a concentration in early childhood development.

Sylvia Trent is a dedicated mother, grandmother, sister, former Way to Grow teacher, and a cherished friend to many. She has been a part of the Way to Grow team since 2004, taking on various roles over the years. Sylvia takes great pride in the work done with both children and families, and she brings a creative spirit to organizing events and exploring new ideas. Her strengths include launching fresh initiatives and using her strong organizational skills. Sylvia deeply values the opportunity to serve Way to Grow families and is committed to continuing to make a positive impact in the future.
